Healing with Playful Movements

 In today’s fast-paced world, many of us live on autopilot, stuck in survival mode just trying to make it 

through the day. This constant state of “checking out” not only disconnects us from our bodies but also 

contributes to stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and even chronic inflammation. 


Many women like me and you struggle with feeling unworthy, trapped by negative self-beliefs, and 

unsure how to break free. But here’s the truth: You deserve to feel joyful, confident, and alive! 


Maybe you’ve been in survival mode for so long that joy, peace, and spontaneity feel like distant dreams.

I’m Angie Berrett, an Intuitive Movement Coach, Registered Nurse, Advanced Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, and Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga Instructor. Drawing on my expertise in trauma-informed practices, I help women heal from childhood trauma, relieve stress and anxiety, and rediscover joy through playful movement.
